BUTTE, Mont. – The historic restaurant, Truzzolino Tamales, in Butte, is up for sale for $1.4 million after being in business for 125 years.

Truzzolino Tamales has been passed down through five generations.

“From humble beginnings on the streets of Butte, through 2 World Wars and the Great Depression, Truzzolino’s has proudly stood the test of time!” the listing on Century 21 Commercial says.

Currently, the restaurant sells mainly tamales, tamale pies, pasties and party pasties.

The listing says, “If you have the Entrepreneurial Spirit, the opportunities for growth and expansion are only limited by your ambition!!”
