LOVELAND, Ohio (WXIX) – A community staple is going up for sale.
The Loveland Dairy Whip is for sale as the longtime owners, Teresa and Rick Morgan, have decided to retire, according to a Facebook post from Brittney Frietch with BF Realty.
For 31 years, Teresa and Rick have operated the family-owned business that has become iconic within the Loveland community.
“Unfortunately, the next Morgan generation is not interested in carrying on the ice cream tradition,” the Facebook post reads. “So, we are hopeful a family will be interested in starting their new family tradition by purchasing the Dairy Whip.”
Teresa and Rick said they will continue to operate the Dairy Whip until a buyer is found.
Call Brittney Frietch with BF Realty at 513-258-1003 if you are interested in purchasing the business.
