Healius, the struggling pathology company once known as Primary Health Care, is putting its Lumus Imaging business on the auction block after a three-month review of the company’s strategy as part of a broader turnaround plan.

The company told investors on Monday that it had engaged UBS to advise on the sale, and that Healius would focus on reinvigorating its core pathology business.
